“Minding madness: Being children of parents with mental illness” – Redfern
Improvising Change is proud to bring to stage and to the public arena, marginalised stories of children who have a parent with mental illness. Corinna Galliano directs a creative ensemble using physical theatre to explore a script written by Joy Roberts, based word-by-word on real life interviews about childhood trauma, burden and struggle.
This is a theatre project developed with communities and health services (sponsored by Beautiful Minds and City Tattersalls Club, supported by NSW COPMI Coordinators and Mental Health Carers NSW).
