It Is Hard Being the Sole Carer of a Partner
It is hard being the sole carer of a partner. The experience wears you down, until you just start crying in the shower and asking if you will ever have the person you fell in love with back again.
Friends don’t understand, and you too become isolated. I guess that is why you end up here, talking to a faceless audience, and hoping that you are not alone. Not that there are other people in the same awful place as you, but people who have survived this, and had the one they love returned to them.
It is after all, a story of hope.
