Northcott are running a Family Getaway in Arcadia for culturally and linguistically diverse families living in the Cumberland Council local government area with a child with disability. This awesome getaway will provide the whole family with a fun weekend away, running different activities including information and workshops for parents and sessions to support siblings of the child with disability. It will be held from Saturday 24 March 2018 to Sunday 25 March 2018.
To be eligible, families need to:
- Reside in the Cumberland Council local government area
- Have a child aged 5-12 years with a disability
- Be from a Arabic or Mandarin speaking or other culturally and linguistically diverse background

Camp Breakaway Young Carers and Siblings Camps – San Remo
These camps are great respite for young carers and siblings of children with disabilities, rare disorders or high medical needs. They focus on providing fun and exciting experiences for children, building confidence and independence away from home and meeting, forming friendships with others and participating as a group in this positive and fun environment.

Warbirds Over Scone – Scone
This awesome airshow is being held on Sunday 25 March 2018 at the Scone Airport and will feature an impressive array of restored warbirds, fighters, trainers and bombers from across Australia. This year will also include an appearance from a Focke-Wulf 190, marking the first time ever that this German fighter will share the skies with a Hurricane in the Southern Hemisphere.
